♥ movie movie
(: yay! watched ratatouille and evan almighty yesterday! :) good laugh, but not really worth your money if u have high expectations. the rat show was a little unrealistic, cos imagine if that rat would die one day, what would happen to the shop la. but since this is just an animation, i should just enjoy the movie! evan almighty was really a funny show. with the pandas, polar bears, giraffes and many other creatures (a pair each), animals lovers should watch!
went to SHSS this morning to celebrate t'chers' day :D met up with valerie and jiaying for breakfast in the morning before taking 293 to school~ went to school library to gossip with the auntie. LOL. den saw the performance, which was bleah. not nice at all. saw quite a no. of teachers again! mr gopal, ms yew, ms quah, mr k, mr ng ss and mdm mufeedah.. yeah, ms quah is still the HOD for mother tongue and she actually rmb-ed me! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD haha! and sadly she's leaving by the end of this year la. prolly to marry her "jin gui"! haha~ and i finally went to ask mdm mufeedah about blah3 and she was really shocked! flabbergasted! D: as if i was a psychic to know her that well. hahaha! her reaction was exactly like what someone told me! LOL. shhhh. not supposed to tell anyone de :)
den after that went for veron's lecture. nope, she's not giving the lecture, it's her class. so i kaypo. haha.
her lecture! it was a little boring, thanks to the snacks bot at the vending machine, i managed to stay awake for the first half of the lecture. den 2nd half, just sleep la. the lecturer is really boring! :(
anw, i just realised smth! before a teacher or lecturer leaves the school for good (resign / retire / change career, etc) there will be a 180° change! they will become more attentive to ur doubts, help you to solve them, scold much lesser, and any other changes which teachers and lecturers usually won't do! haha. this is typed by experiences :) so if u notice any change in ur teachers, don't hesitate and ask them, and then learn to treasure them! if not it'll be too late. :( *pek!

Dear God, thank you for all the things that you've done for me.

♥ dead silence
(: watched 2 movies le!
yeah, watched rush hour 3 on monday with classmates at vivo. intended to go sentosa but the weather wasn't good. so we decided to catch a movie! i must say it's very jackie-chan-stunt show. the impressive part was the last part when both of them used the flag as a parachute! really LOL! haha!
went to school on tues for another gyl briefing in the morning. haha. there was only another person and me from group 4 =/ gah. watched "dead silence" in the evening with veron. was expecting smth really boring but it turned out to be not that bad! whereas veron thot it would be good, but turned out to be boring! =/ gah. i'm gonna be more negative in future, reverse psychology =(
Newlyweds Jamie (Ryan Kwanten) and Lisa Ashen (Laura Regan) receive a creepy ventriloquist doll at their doorstep one stormy night. He goes out for some Chinese take-away and comes home to a brutally dismembered wife. Soon, we get involved in the old ghost story of Mary Shaw, about a ventriloquist who goes insane. Accused of a young boy's murder, she was hunted down by vengeful townsfolk who cut out her tongue. They buried her with her 'children', a handmade collection of vaudeville dolls. Since then, the town of Ravens Fair has been plagued by death. Lisa is merely the latest victim and Jamie must unravel the mystery of the dolls before a policeman arrests him for his wife's murder.
the scary part was mainly caused by the sound effect!! the first part of the movie (which was how his wife died) was really not bad! the twist at the ending was quite expected, cos i guess my inference skills is really good :) haha. ahh.. i seems to have paediophobia! which means fear of dolls. this movie did not really have much impact on me, only makes me feel more disgusted with dolls / puppets.
beware the stare of mary shaw.
she had no children, only dolls.
and if you see her, do not scream.
or she'll rip your tongue out at the seam.

i rmb the part when the policeman and jaime was trying to escape from mary shaw in the theatre, the policeman fell off from smth cos the screw came out, and was a really great height. and he unintentionally screamed. and den -whoosh- his tongue kena ripped off. =/ it's a PG show, so not that gore.

and for the past few days to weeks, had been studying in preparation for sem exams. went to t16, t1813, SP library, kou fu, changi airport view hall 1 & 2, airport mcdonald and tampines library. wow, it was so tiring =( and difficult. so the only way to have more knowledge and grow smarter is to...
yes! smarties is the answer! studying is not good for health ):
will result to sleeping!! >:(
the alternative way is to read storybook! (: buy the smaller version first, den go to tamp library and borrow the bigger version :P
finally, here is the day. school vacations after 17 weeks of school. huishan and i finally went to queue up at suntec donut factory! <3 most =) 
and and and! i've got bass class tmr :) yay!

den following monday is the opening of gyl camp, and den from tuesday to friday, i'll be having camp at batam! =/ gah! cannot use hp and internet =(

♥ my studying methods!
yay! i've finally found out what's my studying methods! xD yes, i know it's a little too slow, i should had gathered some impt info from the adam khoo's course. but anyways, i'm very happy for my newly discovered pointers (:
1) i cannot do last minute work / revision =( cos whatever goes in, will come out almost immediately. must do >3 hours before hand.
2) just give me 3 things to start studying. table, chair and music + ear piece.
3) i study best alone but don't mind group studying cos can clear my doubts better (:
4) i believe that as long as i do my best, God will definitely do the rest (:
5) i've to read a storybook to let my mind rest, relax from all the math and thermo formulae. cos math are all logical = using left brain. so i try to read fiction storybooks to allow my right brain to wander around. and so after reading storybook, i can study immediately ! =D
anw, fund math paper today was quite okay.. can pass but cannot score :( bhh. leave it to God's hands! (cos if i do well this sem, i mind consider taking dip plus next sem. but if it's not His timing, den i won't do well lo. < GPA 3.2)

i've understood logarithim and inverse functions and a little of trigo functions today :) yay
and i've discovered a good way to let my mind relax after doing so much math and thermo today, that is to read a storybook! it helps for me! 8 hours straight today again. that sense of satisfaction :) whee!

♥ screwed up lab test ):
had electronics lab test today. i really screwed this up ): and i am really sad, at the verge of crying T.T had no choice but call for SOS for JK flip flop = minus 15 marks ): BHH. tot can get 50marks ): cos i really don't know how to do the next oscilloscope experiment. instead of a 50min test, i did for 65 min? gosh. ): just hope i can pass this practical test =/ *jia you in sem exam le!!* can get C for electronics, it's enough le.
den was supposed to meet melody at TM to get the calculators at 1pm. tot she'll be late so i loitered around until 2 plus, den i realised she didn't bring her hp la. so went to tm mac and small mac to look for her, but to no avail. so decided to go to san bookshop (cos earlier on i went to life bkshop, popular and times), and gotten 'hannibal rising' book (: wanted to pay and return home but i felt lazy and decided to hang around that shop a while more. den someone called me "joanna!", yes, it was melody! =P LOL. saw nikki at the lift area and aaron at the popular bookshop! LOL. aaron was like "JOANNA!", =/ couldn't recognised him initially. lol.

i doubt i'll even get 3.0 for my GPA. yes, even though i sounds and looks hardworking, i alw screw the paper up ): darn.

♥ bird day?
happy national day~! (: saw quite a lot of secondary and primary school students wearing red to celebrate this day. LOL. they are so fortunate can.
thermo class started at 8am ytd, tried attempting qns which i find it tough and i finally understand how to solve qns using log! (: improvement! den whole class skipped lecture to do autocad revision in lab before going for O.C. and then was in the lift when classmates sang b'day song to me (: LOL. it was hilarious. i rmb-ed the first week of school, while i was having lunch with amos and cheryl, there was this group of prolly business students celebrating birthday at F.C. 3. so they were singing really high and screamed like no one's business purely bcos they were girls. so i think i commented smth like my classmates will be singing really low on my birthday cos they're all guys la. well, come to think of it, i was wrong. ): they were singing so high in the lift until i couldn't tahan! =/ gah. after O.C. was autocad test. managed to finish the 3D drawing, thank God for that instant wisdom. 2D was a failure. couldn't complete assembly drawing. bye to distinctions and As for autocad and mechanics. ): so instead of having a yearly birthday routine of a half day, this year was completely different! 8am to 5:30pm! after class, went to airport again to mug. this time is more like slacking =/. anw, i hate public holidays! ): cos of make up classes! but on the brighter side of life, i'm left with 3 more modules only (: whee!

♥ studying at airport (:
(: went to airport to study this morning~ had breakfast at the staff canteen and was sitting at the almost same spot as the time i went studying with cleone and su ping last year, and making the same comment again . "we cannot study at the staff canteen leh" cos of the "studying is not allowed" sign. LOL. so decided to reminise the time and eat bee hoon noodle and drink soya bean again. den went to mac to look for nash and immediately recalled the times when the 3 of us pretended we were in sydney and venice. =/ LOL. den zul ariff and myself were checking out places to study, wanted to play trolley again but i scared they anyhow push me! ): went to T1 viewing mall to study in the end (: near popeyes! :P really mug like no one's business. until my brain so exhausted, wanted to zzz ):

went for NDP preview with veron on sat. this year's preview was a lil more pathetic than previous years. low budget this year =/
had a mini bday celebration on sunday in church with jemima and kang twins. LOL. den jemima was kinda upset cos she made yiru cried, yeah, one of jemima's worst b'day celebration =/ haha!

♥ gah!
class started at 8 this morning all the way to 3:30+ this afternoon. had OC presentation today, ahh! ): but i thank God i managed to get a B (: hahaha, 70.8%! whee~ class ended at 3:30pm today and that gyl briefing was also at 3:30pm. yeah, so was late and lecturer was "lecturing" me ): hahaha, not really lah.. only gave comments. den went to TM at 6 to watch the simpsons movie (: ooh! saw clement and ben lee at TM too =D hahaha! simpsons was super LOL. esp that spider pig and springfield anthem . hahaha! the animations wasn't too bad either (: i like~ a good movie to cheer u up!
