was super devastated when i couldn't find Les Miserables book in the library! : ( heng, yi mon & i went to sch library on monday and OMT, i actually found it! =D ha! read finish within 1 day! though it's really a smarter choice to be just content with wikipedia's info, cos it's really the summary of the book. thankfully i read it online first, if not i will give up sia.. really like literature book lor!
life actually revolves around Jean Valjean, story ended when he died. and it's not pronounced as 'jee-n'. it's different in le francais! pronounced as 'zh-ohn' - like john, but emphasize a little more on J..

♥ Les Misérables
oh my.. Susan Boyle is really good for the song - I dreamed a dream! though Les Misérables / Les Miserables wins hands-down luh... omg.. never knew such great musical actually exists! haha, i wasn't paying attention during GEMS when lecturer was talking bah.. =X oops! i just realised that we were never taught! i cant believe it..... hope i can borrow the novel tmr after service! =D

♥ Good news singapore 2
Good News Singapore was awesome! totally! :)
1st night -
totally packed until the ushers and counselors had to give up their seats! more than 11,000 ppl came! totally amazed at the response cos some of us were still doubting that it will be filled with VFC people only. LOL! (argh, wanted to post some pics but i realised that with no focus, photos really ugly!) by 7pm, all the 4 sectors were filled! except 3 balconies! omg, we were in awe totally. or maybe me... did a lot of walking cos we haven't had dinner yet when GNS started, so during my shift, we went to had dinner and i kinda didn't hear the sermon.. :(
2nd night -
not so packed but yeah, awesome time that day. did the camera on the stage during the sermon part, and was totally hearing the gospel. so touched by the last one that Reinhard Bonnke shared.
a lady, Ann, was being auctioned and 3 people were bidding for her. so the judge looked to Satan and asked, "What can u provide for her when she's living on Earth?". Satan replied, "i can give her fame, money, (etc. can't recall the others sia..)". Judge was impressed and said "wow, that's great! i like the idea! but what will u do after she dies?". Satan said, "Oh, she will be in the Lake of Fire~". "What! No no! i will never allow you to do that, i will not let you bid for Ann!" the judge answered. The next bidder was the World. "What can you provide for her?" World replied, "fame, money, (i also can't recall le..)", "will you give her everlasting life?" judge asked. "What! of cos not! even the world will pass away, what more human, i can't give her everlasting life!" World replied. Judge again refused the bid of the World's and turned to Jesus, the last bidder. "What will you do for her after Ann dies? will you give her everlasting life?". "I will come down and bring her back to Heaven, where she will have eternal life. I will come down personally and take her with me." Judge said, "that's fantastic!"
and then it was alter call / those who wanted to receive Jesus in their hearts. it really strucked me that indeed Jesus loves each and everyone of us so much, we are actually very significant in His eyes.
stayed back till 12mn lidat cos Planetshakers were rehearsing for the morning service's. i only rmb-ed 2 names, LOL!
3rd day -
morning service at 10:30am, we were supposed to report at 8am, thank God UMA fetched us, can wake up at 7am.. which was only 4 hours plus sleep.. :( morning service was great. about the Holy Spirit. ahhh.. smth incredible/painful happened. the lady behind me fell backwards, but towards me, and actually hit me so greatly that i nearly fell off my row. my head, back and stomach area hurt a little. but thank God cos she and her friends accepted Christ immediately! i was wallowing in pain then.
GNS 3rd night was much much better! Planetshakers was there for the night one too! unexpectedly~ and Ps Daniel shared about how everyone is actually 1 step away from Hell, and 1 step away from Heaven. So true, we won't know when we will die. it's either you have Christ or not. Rev Bonnke also mentioned that salvation isn't ahead of us, it's running parellel with us all the while! miracles were seen once more. awesome, awesome. check out http://goodnewssingapore.com for the updates! and it's Rev Bonnke's 50th year of serving! Year of Jubilee! :) oh great!
indeed, smth like this had not happened in Singapore for a long time or even before. this crusade is more than an experience, it's indeed a life-changing moment for everyone - Believers or not, cos the seeds are planted! :)

oh my! GOOD NEWS SINGAPORE today was amazing! :)
there was a Filipino service at 1-4pm this afternoon at SIS. i was so intrigued by the service/celebration cos i totally rmb-ed how i spent Good Friday last year! in Philippines! ;D ha! so even though i didn't go to Philippines this year, i kinda had a feel cos of the service, which made me feel Concepcion-y. LOL, if there's such a word. ha, anw, God was amazing today! totally! smth happened just 5 min before the Filippino service started! heng, everything was settled and cameramen and women rocks! :) ha! GNS was equally amazing, cos we were shocked that there were ppl queueing since 3:30pm! and SIS was really full! :) so cool, and definitely salvations and miracles happened! sicknesses cured, ppl healed instantly! oh my, something which i thought i'm never able to see. AHH, i rebuke all the disbelief!
2 more nights, DON'T MISS SUNDAY MORNING! COS PLANETSHAKERS COMING DOWN (: whee! first time i can finally see them! i hope i'm on Cam 5/6 (cos it's placed on the stage! ) hahahaha!

i'm looking forward for these days! the first time i watched the videos, i rmb-ed crying cos i was so in awe of God's Power that's working through this speaker! the people in Africa just rejoicing and so glad that so many people got healed! sounds spooky but all glory to be God! :D do check the website, it's so much in details! marked my calendar - 10th to 12th April!

i can't help but grumble ): my eyes hurts... i hope it gets better tmr...
and i suck at doing GEMS registration today ): too complacent. really wanna make up by registering at 9am tmr, but got driving at 8:30 again...
still feel very uncomfortable over right eye... good thing is: i can finally see 1/2 of my double eyelid :)
this week is gonna be super full packed :) next week is the last week of sch holidays! so fast! :( ahhhh... i dun wanna study until 5pm ev'day...
i just realised that learning to drive is really expensive sia :( and my driving is still very slow, parking both vertical & parallel is super slow... and memory is super bad, always forgetting what's taught after a min or 2 :(
erm. i just realised smth. i'm left with 1, one, yi, satu, un, ichi, uno week to pack my room. erm, monday and thurs, is FOP and flagday. so.. 3 days? =/ OMT!
kinda worried that i cannot prioritise my time this semester cos i'm afraid that i cannot enter university with my 1/2 past 6 GPA by end of yr3 sem 1 + yr 3 in whole :(
do your best (like seriously: study, go church, really study and dun watch tv/play lesser on laptop, study, church, devotion, GOD), and God will do the rest :)
wna sleep, but i'm waiting for my energy pak (mafia wars) at 1am later.. heh.

ahh.. time table is finally out... yeah, kinda late huh... but i just realised that it'd been edited!! argh..
mon: 9-5pm (5 lectures, 1 prac/tutorial) omt!
tues: 8-5pm (4 lectures, 2 tutorial) kill me....
wed: 9-12nn (1 tut, 1 lect) heng, can learn driving on that day :)
thurs: 10-5pm (2 prac, 1 tut) must wear shoes....
fri: 8-5pm (3 lectures, 1 prac/tut) worst, 4 hrs break altgt!!

finally watched Boys Over Flowers finished!
darn, ep 24 immediately reminded me of Meteor Garden 2 where Dao Ming Si loses his memory! wth right!! i was so pissed off at the twist (yet again..) but thankfully, by ep 25, he recalls the same way as MG2.
Jandi purposely fell in the pool and he finally recalled the events on how Jandi saved him and vice versa~
i seriously suspect that the additional episode is mainly on JunPyo losing his memory! now i know why there's an additional episode! argh..
yet again, ep 25 is mainly on MG2 - minus Vanness part :( Junpyo proposed bah.. phew, i promise i'm not gonna watch BOF2 in 2 years time!!
