♥ i love my PAPAs!
"when u grow older, u'll salute me and thank me for all the canings and scoldings." whenever i hear this, i'll smirk and think otherwise. "as if." he canes me when i do badly for exams. he canes me when i shoplifts. he canes me when i skip school. he canes me when i watched tv at the wrong time. he canes me when i lie. he canes me when i steal. he canes me when i show disrespectfulness to family members. yet he canes me bcos he cares. he canes me bcos he loves me. always giving the best to his children. holidays, education, lifestyle. able to go to overseas yearly for holidays, rewarding $10 after receiving our semester results slip. rewarding me when i'm able to go to secondary school, polytechnic, university. buying for me a laptop for poly, sending me to adam khoo's course which cost a bomb. if my earthly papa can do so much for me, what more my heavenly papa? He came down to earth, that speck of dust, just to die for you and me. He forgives and forgets all our wrongdoings. He loves us unconditionally. He's right there with us whenever we call out [jer 33:3].
